I got my start in libraries as a Youth Services Specialist at Columbus Metropolitan Library, and now I am a Librarian specializing in Youth Services. What that actually means is that I am an information professional who provides programming for youth, as well as provides reference interviews and reader's advisories. My responsibilities also include school visits, collection management, and being on more committees than is probably healthy.
My current projects include advocating for AAPI staff, developing a Teen Services Orientation, and helping plan the 2024 Summer Reading Challenge. |
